Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Collina Viola
• .75 oz. Gin
• .75 oz. Lemon Juice
• 2 oz. Prosecco

Our classic Viola Negroni, with smoked rosemary

INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Collina Viola®
1 oz. Gin
1 oz. Bianco Vermouth

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Stir for 30 seconds
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
Garnish with Rosemary
