MADE IN ITALY
-
Italy is lush, fertile, and excellent at growing and making everything involved in creating Collina Viola. Our glass is made by a multi-generational producer from Piamonte, our labels are from a B Corp certified producer in Lombardy, our lemons are grown in Sicily, our Oranges in Calabria, and our mountain herbs are grown throughout northern Tuscany and Piemonte. Having a local supply chain allows us to ensure quality, integrity, and on-time delivery to make the best aperitivo we can, time and time again.

INFUSIONS & EXTRACTION
-
Collina Viola's proprietary recipe includes numerous flowers, barks, roots, and citrus peels steeped in a high-proof Italian wheat spirit, producing intense tinctures. Drawing on 200 years of aperitivo tradition, the essence of each is captured in its own way through macerating, infusing with heat, and cold-press extraction.

BLENDING
-
Blending is the process of marrying all the ingredients together to create Collina Viola. The sum is greater than its parts, with sweet, bitter, tart, and floral flavors coming together to create something unique.
