INGREDIENTS​

  • 1 ½ oz. Collina Viola®

  • 1 ½ oz. Bianco Vermouth

  • 1 ½ oz. Prosecco

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine first two ingredients in a shaker with ice

  2. Stir for 30 seconds 

  3. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass

  4. Top with prosecco and give a quick stir

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist
