INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz. Collina Viola®

1 ½ oz. Bianco Vermouth
-
1 ½ oz. Prosecco
DIRECTIONS
-
Combine first two ingredients in a shaker with ice
-
Stir for 30 seconds
-
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
-
Top with prosecco and give a quick stir
-
Garnish with a lemon twist
